Arrived damaged or defective?

Email us at contact@shophomifygoods.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original.

Not the right fit, or changed your mind?

Reach out within 30 days and we'll work with you on a refund, store credit, or exchange. For most items, you won't need to ship anything back — we'll take care of it from our end.

Wrong item received?

Same email — we'll send the correct item free of charge and you can keep the one you received by mistake.

Why we don't require physical returns for most items

Our products ship from fulfillment partners around the world to keep prices fair. Return shipping can cost more than the item itself, so we've designed our policy to save you the hassle and the postage. When something goes wrong, we fix it — without making you wait for a return shipment.

What's not covered

  • Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items lost or damaged after delivery confirmation (please file a claim with the carrier)
