Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive updates via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HOMIFY GOODS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@shophomifygoods.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
